We were extremely frustrated with the lack of attention from staff. Despite our concerns about room service and complaints about multiple issues, nothing seemed to improve during our stay. Plus, the dining experience was chaotic, with rude service and unprofessional waiting staff leaving a sour taste.

Our room featured a complimentary champagne bottle and two branded sunhats, enhancing the celebratory vibe of my friend's birthday. The personalized attention from staff, particularly during dining, created memorable experiences throughout our stay.

The hotel’s tropical gardens and spacious areas created a serene atmosphere. Enjoyed the exquisite beach restaurant where staff were exceptionally accommodating.

Unfortunately, the room had issues, including a faulty air conditioning. Service at times felt unresponsive, leading to unnecessary frustrations during my stay.

We enjoyed 8 days in a Deluxe Double Room. The hospitality was remarkable, particularly from the engaging staff at the beach restaurant. They made breakfast a joyful experience with delicious dishes. The lush gardens added to the serene atmosphere. Pro tip, try the themed dining nights for diverse culinary delights!

the maritim was a lovely escape with a perfect pool area right off the beach. we enjoyed the swim-up bar, which made it fun to unwind. the friendly staff really made our stay special, especially sanjeev who cheerfully drove us around the resort. the facilities were impressive, with lots of sports and leisure options to keep everyone entertained.

Amazing beach vibes!

Had a fab time chilling by the beach! The buffet had tons of choices and was really tasty. Also enjoyed drinks at the bar, but service was a bit slow sometimes. Snorkeling was decent, could've had better visibility, but still saw some cool fish! Just wish they'd fix the wifi. Totally enjoyed the stay!

The beach was super nice, with sandy spots and super chill vibes. The snorkeling trips were a blast, saw some awesome marine life! clean and spacious rooms with great views made us happy!

Exceeded expectations.

I stayed in a Suite and the room was magnificent and spacious. Big French doors opened right onto the shoreline, making it feel like paradise. The bathroom was large too, which was a nice bonus. Everything was well-appointed. The only downside was I could've used an iron in the room instead of having to go to an ironing room. A small inconvenience but overall, I loved the comfort of my stay.
